Senior Recruiter / Recruitment Executive – Resume Marketing Services (RMS)

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Work Mode: Onsite
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

About the Role

We are currently hiring Senior Recruiters and Recruitment Executives for our Resume Marketing Services (RMS) Department.

In this role, you will work closely with client profiles and support them in improving their visibility across global job markets. You will analyze profiles, identify suitable opportunities, and strategically market resumes through multiple international channels to improve employment outcomes.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in recruitment, sourcing, resume marketing, talent acquisition, and client coordination.

What You'll Do

- Analyze client profiles to understand career goals, experience, and overseas market requirements.
- Market client resumes across international job portals, employer websites, recruitment agencies, and professional networks.
- Build and execute resume marketing strategies based on client skills and target roles.
- Identify relevant job opportunities aligned with market demand.
- Review and optimize resumes to improve ATS compatibility and recruiter visibility.
- Promote candidate profiles through multiple sourcing and recruitment channels.
- Coordinate with clients through calls and emails regarding applications and progress.
- Support interview scheduling and communication activities.
- Maintain accurate records and application tracking.

What We're Looking For





- Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in HR or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Recruitment, Sourcing, Talent Acquisition, Resume Marketing, or related activities.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Positive understanding of different industries, job functions, and hiring practices.
- Hands-on experience working with job portals, recruitment databases, sourcing platforms, and profile promotion.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
