Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

We are seeking enthusiastic and sales-driven professionals to join our growing team in Kottayam. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in the gold loan or financial services industry, as well as fresh graduates with strong field sales abilities.

Open Positions:

Branch Manager:- Robust Leadership and Branch Management skills responsible for business growth, team handling, and operational compliance.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in the Gold Loan industry

Assistant Branch Manager:- Supports Branch Operations and Customer Acquisition drives sales and ensures smooth day-to-day functioning.

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Gold Loan, NBFC, or Financial Services

Customer Service Executive:- Field Sales Experience preferred excellent communication and customer handling skills.

Experience: Freshers can apply

Key Responsibilities:





- Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term relationships
- Promote and sell gold loan and related financial products
- Achieve monthly business and sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Ensure branch operations comply with company policies
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery

Eligibility Criteria:

- Professionals with experience in gold loan or gold finance companies
- Sales-oriented candidates with strong customer service skills
- Fresh graduates looking to start a career in financial services
