About the Role

Acadeno Technologies is looking for a passionate and motivated Flutter Developer & Technical Trainer with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our growing mobile app development team.

As an AI-driven technology and training organization, we are looking for someone who is passionate about building high-quality mobile applications while inspiring the next generation of developers. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using AI-powered development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and innovation, while also conducting technical training sessions and mentoring students through hands-on learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.

- Build responsive, scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile applications.

- Integrate REST APIs, Firebase, authentication systems, payment gateways, and third-party services.

- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

- Debug, test, optimize, and maintain application performance across Android and iOS platforms.

- Publish and maintain applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Utilize AI-powered development tools and AI-assisted coding workflows to accelerate development, testing, debugging, and documentation.

- Conduct Flutter and mobile application development training sessions at Acadeno Technologies and partner colleges.

- Mentor students through hands-on projects,



code reviews, practical assignments, and technical guidance.

- Deliver engaging sessions on Flutter, AI-assisted development, Mobile App Development, Cloud Computing, and other emerging technologies.

- Represent Acadeno Technologies at workshops, seminars, hackathons, and technical events.

- Stay updated with the latest Flutter ecosystem, AI tools, and mobile development trends.

Requirements

- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in Flutter development.

- Strong knowledge of Dart, Flutter SDK, and responsive UI development.

- Experience with REST APIs, Firebase, state management, and third-party integrations.

- Knowledge of Git/GitHub and mobile application deployment.

- Understanding of clean architecture, debugging, testing, and performance optimization.

- Familiarity with AI-powered development tools and AI-assisted coding workflows.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and motivating students.

- Willingness to conduct technical training sessions, workshops, and seminars at Acadeno Technologies and partner colleges.

- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and committed to continuous professional growth.
