Key Responsibilities

· Operations Leadership: Command and oversee day-to-day operations of our elite India team. Work closely with the Senior Manager (India) and Director (Dubai) to ensure ironclad adherence to deadlines, exceptional quality, and absolute consistency in client delivery.

· Tech & Process Transformation:



Spearhead the adoption of contemporary cloud accounting platforms (Xero, Zoho, QuickBooks), AI-powered reporting architecture (Syft, Power BI), and advanced RPA workflows to systematically eliminate manual processes.

· AI-First Culture: Foster a relentless culture of innovation by testing, evaluating, and implementing emerging AI tools to optimize bookkeeping, complex reconciliations, audit trails, and financial reporting.

· Team Mentorship & Performance: Inspire, coach, and elevate a growing team of accountants and junior managers. Design rigorous KPIs, conduct impactful performance reviews, and maintain high team accountability.

· Global Client Management: Serve as the strategic, central bridge between international clients and your delivery team. Maintain proactive, transparent, and sophisticated communication to command trust and satisfaction at the executive level.

· Project & Compliance Oversight: Orchestrate monthly financial closures, cross-border compliance calendars, and audit-ready finalizations for internal stakeholders and external auditors.

Requirements

· Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years of robust post-qualification experience.

· Tech Stack: Strong technical exposure to cloud accounting ecosystems (Xero, Zoho, QuickBooks).

· Leadership Profile: Proven track record in scaling teams, driving process optimization,



and leading technical change management.

· Innovation Mindset: A genuine passion for leveraging AI, RPA, and automation within accounting and corporate finance workflows.

· Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills fit for C-suite interaction.

· Mindset: An entrepreneurial, highly organized approach that thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points If You Have:

· Prior leadership experience within a premium KPO or global professional services firm.

· Hands-on experience managing complex, cross-border international client relationships.

· Direct exposure implementing enterprise-level ERP systems or advanced AI-driven financial platforms.
