Quality Counsel | Bengaluru (Vasanth Nagar) | Hybrid, 5.5-day week

We are a boutique overseas education consultancy, established 2018, with 1000+ placements across 10 countries and a 100% visa success rate. We are hiring one Senior Counsellor to own student counselling end-to-end and actively contribute to lead generation.

The role:

- Counsel students and parents across UK, Australia, Ireland, Germany — university shortlisting, applications, SOPs, visa documentation, pre-departure.
- Own visa casework including GS (Australia), CAS (UK), AIP (Ireland), APS/blocked account (Germany).
- Run university webinars, campus info sessions, and partner meetings.
- Generate your own pipeline: activate alumni networks, run outreach to Bangalore colleges, ask for referrals, drive word-of-mouth. We do not run paid lead campaigns and do not buy leads.
- Target: convert 3-4 students per month, of which at least 1-2 must come from leads you originated.

Work model: Hybrid, 5.5-day week. All student and parent appointments must be conducted in person at our Vasanth Nagar office.

You must have:

- Working knowledge of current visa rules (2026), university intakes, scholarship landscape.
- Existing relationships with at least 3-4 Bangalore colleges or universities,



or a credible plan to build them in 90 days.
- Comfort with both origination and conversion. If you only want to counsel pre-warmed leads, this is not your role.

Do not apply if:

- You have less than 3 years of demonstrated overseas education counselling experience.
- You expect leads to be handed to you.
- You have not personally drafted a visa SOP or GS in the last 12 months.
- You cannot commit to a 5.5-day week with in-person appointments at our Vasanth Nagar office.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
