Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer to manage after-sales service activities for Silent Diesel Generators. The ideal candidate should have robust technical knowledge, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and the ability to provide effective customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair support for Silent Diesel Generators.
- Attend customer service calls and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in generator systems.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and breakdown services.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers.
- Maintain service reports and update service records.




- Coordinate with internal teams for effective issue resolution.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–4 years of experience in Generator Service / Electrical Maintenance / After Sales Service.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer handling and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with electrical systems and fault diagnosis.
- Ability to travel for customer visits and service requirements.

Qualification

- B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- OR
- ITI ElectricalPreferred Experience
- Candidates with experience in Diesel Generator (DG Set) servicing, electrical equipment, industrial machinery, or power solutions will be preferred.
