Job Description
- Process planning, programming, developing the parts for the machines Milling machines, HMC, CNC Turn mill, Turning Machines, DMG.
- Having good experience of manufacturing engineering process of Hydraulics components.
- Selection of Cutting tool for projects, suppliers and Finalizing the Technical Suitability for projects execution.
- Estimation of new enquiries as per customer requirements.
- Knowledge of aerospace machining components and assembly.
- Work as Project lead and Preparation of system Documentation.
- Knowledge of Kaizen, ISO & AS-9100 Aerospace standard.
- Experience in Vendor Development for machining.
- Valuable Experience in Programming up-to 5 axis Programming Software.
- Overall manpower handling with target oriented.
Desired Profile
- Approximately 10 to 15 years experience working in a similar environment and role.
- Work experience in Manufacturing Sector is required
- Good writing and communication skills in English
- A good team player with proven ability to work and adapt to challenging and demanding environment
