Job Overview

Music Aura is expanding into a full-service Digital Media & Marketing Agency. We are looking for a Senior Social Media Manager who can independently manage client accounts, lead a creative team, execute campaigns, and drive revenue growth.

This role requires a mix of strategy, execution, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Account Management

- Handle multiple client accounts

- Conduct client meetings and understand business goals

- Plan and execute growth strategies

- Ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction

Social Media & Content Strategy

- Create monthly content plans and calendars

- Plan campaigns for engagement, branding, and lead generation

- Oversee content creation (posts, reels, videos)

Team Leadership

- Manage designers, editors, content writers, and freelancers

- Allocate tasks and monitor performance

- Ensure quality control and deadline adherence

Performance Marketing

- Plan and manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube campaigns

- Track and optimize campaigns for leads and conversions

- Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, ROI)

Business Development

- Generate leads and meet potential clients

- Present service offerings and pricing

- Prepare proposals and close deals

- Build long-term client relationships

Experience

- 3–5 years in social media management / digital marketing

- Agency experience preferred

Tools & Platforms

- Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager

- Canva / Photoshop / Premiere Pro / CapCut / DaVinci Resolve

- Google Analytics, Search Console
