Job Description – Exhibition Manager

Location - Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Salary - ₹60,000 – ₹80,000 per month

Job Type - Full-time

We are looking for an energetic and well-organised Exhibition Manager to handle and execute monthly textile exhibitions (indoor & outdoor) from planning to final sales closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan exhibition schedules, venue booking & budgeting
- Coordinate stall setup, branding, lighting & vendors
- Manage stock movement, logistics & inventory tracking
- Execute marketing campaigns, customer promotions & event publicity
- Supervise staff, billing counters & customer flow during exhibitions
- Ensure smooth event execution and handle on-site issues
- Submit sales reports, expense reports & stock reconciliation after events

Skills Required

- Robust event coordination & leadership skills
- Vendor management and negotiation ability
- Good communication & problem-solving skills




- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
- Basic knowledge of retail billing and inventory systems

Performance Will Be Measured By

- Timely event execution
- Sales target achievement
- Budget management
- Customer footfall & conversion
- Stock accuracy & event profitability

Experience: 2–5 years preferred in textile/retail exhibitions or event management.
