About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Manager – Social Media Growth & Communications to lead MASH's digital growth strategy. This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical thinking with exceptional storytelling and understands how to build high-performing social media platforms through data, creativity, and audience insights.

You will be responsible for driving measurable growth across our digital platforms while translating complex social impact work into engaging and compelling content.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute platform-specific social media growth strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and other relevant platforms.
- Set monthly and annual growth targets for followers, reach, impressions, engagement, and video views, and monitor performance against KPIs.
- Analyze social media metrics, identify trends, and recommend data-driven improvements to maximize platform growth.
- Plan and manage content calendars, including reels, carousels, static posts, impact stories, thought leadership, and campaign content.
- Write and edit high-quality social media copy, articles, newsletters, reports, case studies, leadership content, and video scripts.
- Collaborate with design and video teams to create engaging, high-performing content.




- Monitor industry trends, platform algorithm updates, and competitor activity to continuously optimize content strategy.
- Manage client communication, approvals, reporting, and campaign timelines.
- Prepare monthly performance dashboards with actionable insights and recommendations.

Requirements

- 2–6 years of experience in social media management, digital communications, content strategy, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics, growth metrics, and performance reporting.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience creating content strategies driven by data and audience insights.
- Good understanding of the social impact, CSR, philanthropy, climate, or development sector.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, partners, and clients.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
