Key Responsibilties

Ø Handling end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, coordination, and joining formalities

Ø Managing employee onboarding process and maintaining employee documentation

Ø Handling payroll processing and ensuring accuracy of attendance, leave, and salary inputs

Ø Supporting statutory compliance activities related to PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, Factory Act compliance, and related documentation

Ø Maintaining employee records, HR MIS, and HR-related reports

Ø Addressing employee grievances and coordinating with departments for timely resolution

Ø Organizing employee engagement activities, celebrations, welfare initiatives, and cultural programs

Ø Assisting in Performance Management System (PMS) activities including appraisal coordination and documentation

Ø Coordinating with employees and department heads for HR-related matters

Ø Ensuring implementation of HR policies and maintaining discipline across the organization





Ø Supporting HR audits and administrative activities as and when required

Qualification and Experince:

Ø Graduate / Post Graduate with specialization in Human Resources Management or equivalent qualification

Ø 4 to 6 years of experience in HR Generalist role preferably in manufacturing industry

Ø Good knowledge of recruitment, payroll process, labour compliance, and employee engagement activities

Ø Familiarity with HRMS and MS Office applications

Ø Valuable communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills

Ø Ability to handle employee concerns professionally and maintain confidentiality

Ø Candidates from nearby Vasai / Kaman locations will be preferred

JOB LOCATION

Kaman & Dhumal Nagar, Maharashtra

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
