Job Description: Senior Sales & Marketing Executive – Project Finance

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth in the Project Finance segment. The ideal candidate should have a strong network, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven track record of sourcing and closing project finance deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities in the Project Finance segment.
- Identify and acquire new clients, including MSMEs, corporates, developers, and manufacturing businesses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Chartered Accountants (CAs), DSAs, consultants, builders, and other referral partners.
- Conduct client meetings, understand funding requirements, and recommend suitable financial solutions.
- Coordinate with internal credit, operations, and underwriting teams to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to drive growth.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business,



Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 5–10 years of experience in Project Finance, Corporate Lending, Business Loans, LAP, Working Capital, or related financial products.
- Proven ability to source and close project finance deals.
- Strong network of CAs, DSAs, business consultants, and corporate clients.

- In-depth knowledge of project finance and lending processes.
