Key Responsibilities

· Client & Progress Management: Act as the primary liaison for the client; closely monitor project milestones and provide structured progress updates to ensure strict alignment with contractual timelines.

· Site Leadership: Directly manage and command respect from the Site In-charge, Supervisors, and construction labour force. Ensure optimal labour productivity, strict operational discipline, and uncompromised adherence to safety and quality standards.

· Operational Oversight: Oversee daily site administration, supply chains, and logistics to guarantee zero operational downtime.

· Financial Control: Take full accountability for daily petty expenses, maintaining meticulous, transparent records of site-level spending and localized resource procurement.

· Reporting & Analytics: Generate accurate daily and weekly site reports for the management team regarding physical work progress, labour attendance, and material consumption matrices.

Required Qualifications & Profile

· Educational Background: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred) or Civil Engineering.

· Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of hands-on experience executing Projects.

· Industry Background:



Proven track record in construction site management, industrial construction, or manufacturing setups.

· Government Sector Experience: Prior experience handling Government project sites, with a strong understanding of specific compliance, liaising, and documentation frameworks, is desirable.

· Age Criteria: 35 to 50 years

· Mobility: Report at Kolkata HO and ready to manage and travel to PAN India project sites as required.
