About the Company

Venad Finances and Business Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., a fast-growing NBFC, is expanding its operations across Central and South Kerala with plans to open 50 current branches. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional to lead branch expansion, gold loan operations, and deposit mobilisation activities across the region.

Position:Zonal HeadJob Summary

The Zonal Head will be responsible for leading large-scale branch expansion, driving gold loan business growth, and aggressively mobilising deposits across the assigned zone. The role requires a dynamic leader with strong experience in NBFC / Banking operations, capable of managing multiple branches, achieving business targets, and building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage branch expansion activities across Central & South Kerala
- Handle end-to-end operations of multiple branches within the zone
- Drive gold loan business growth and ensure portfolio quality
- Lead aggressive deposit mobilisation initiatives (FD/RD)
- Achieve assigned business, revenue, and profitability targets
- Recruit, train, and monitor Branch Managers and field teams




- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and internal operational standards
- Build strong customer and business relationships within the market
- Monitor branch productivity, audits, collections, and operational efficiency

Educational Qualification

- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Banking, or related field from a recognised university
- Additional certifications in Banking, Finance, or NBFC Operations will be an added advantage

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in NBFC / Banking / Gold Loan sector
- Must have experience in managerial roles such as:
- Regional Manager
- Zonal Manager
- Area Head
- Business Head

Proven track record in:

- Branch expansion
- Gold loan operations
- Deposit mobilisation
- Team handling & business growth
- Strong leadership, business development, and operational management skills

Salary

₹75,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month
(Based on experience, performance, and current profile)
