Urgently hiring | Performance Marketer

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who thrives on analytics, experimentation, and optimization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, testing current ideas, and making a direct impact on business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI through continuous optimization.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximise conversions.
- Create A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.




- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Google Search Console
- Experience managing lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, CPL, CTR, ROAS, ROI, and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with marketing dashboards and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools and automation.
- LinkedIn Ads and YouTube Ads experience.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are a strong advantage.
