The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily production activities, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards in the steel fabrication/manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production operations and manpower.
- Plan and allocate work according to the production schedule.
- Monitor fabrication, welding, assembly, and finishing activities.
- Ensure production targets, quality, and delivery schedules are met.
- Coordinate with Quality, Stores, Planning, and Maintenance departments.
- Monitor machine utilization and reduce downtime.
- Maintain production records and daily reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, PPE, and 5S standards.
- Train and guide operators and technicians.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity.

Qualifications

- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical, Production, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in a steel fabrication or manufacturing industry.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
