Job Title - Taxation & Accounting Executive – Oracle NetSuite Experience

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Taxation & Accounting Executive with hands-on experience in Oracle NetSuite. The candidate will be responsible for handling accounting operations, taxation compliance, financial reporting, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities and bookkeeping.
- Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and bank reconciliations.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements.

Taxation Responsibilities

- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
- Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations.
- Assist in tax audits and assessments.
- Reconcile tax ledgers and resolve discrepancies.




- Maintain proper documentation related to taxation compliance.

Oracle NetSuite Responsibilities

- Perform accounting transactions using Oracle NetSuite ERP.
- Generate financial and taxation reports from NetSuite.
- Ensure accurate data entry and system maintenance.
- Coordinate with internal teams for ERP-related processes and reporting.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of Accounting and Taxation concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance is preferred.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in Accounting and Taxation.
- Prior experience in Oracle NetSuite is mandatory/preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
