We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Telecallers to join our growing pharmaceutical team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in PCD Pharma Franchise and Third-Party Manufacturing telecalling and be capable of generating quality business leads and maintaining solid client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact doctors, distributors, stockists, and pharma companies to generate business leads.
- Promote PCD Pharma Franchise opportunities and Third-Party Manufacturing services.
- Follow up with existing and potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Convert inquiries into business opportunities.
- Maintain daily call records and customer database.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to ensure smooth order processing.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and provide excellent customer support.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Pharma Telecalling (PCD Pharma and Third-Party Manufacturing preferred).
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the pharma market.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM, etc.).

Pay: Up to ₹23,000.00 per month
