We are looking for a creative, sharp, and trend-aware Social Media Scriptwriter who knows how to stop the scroll, hook an audience in the first 3 seconds, and write scripts that convert viewers into loyal followers and customers.

Role Overview

As our Instagram scriptwriter, you will be the creative voice behind our clients’ short-form video content (Reels, Carousels, and Video Ads). You will turn complex brand messages, marketing strategies, and industry insights into highly engaging, punchy, and structured video scripts. Whether it's a 15-second viral trend hook or a 60-second educational deep-dive, you know how to write for the screen.

Key Responsibilities

- Write Compelling Scripts: Draft high-converting, audience-focused scripts specifically optimized for Instagram (Reels, video posts, and stories).
- Adapt Trending Movie Scenes: Conceptually twist and adapt viral movie scenes, pop culture moments, and cinematic trends into highly relatable, engaging content for diverse brand niches.
- Deep-Dive Research: Conduct thorough research on client industries, target demographics, and competitors to ensure all written content is accurate, authoritative, and highly relevant.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner closely with our design, video editing, and accounts teams—as well as clients—to turn abstract ideas into production-ready script concepts.
- Iterate & Refine: Actively edit, polish, and revise scripts based on internal creative feedback and client input.
- Maintain Brand Integrity: Ensure every script seamlessly aligns with the specific client's brand voice, guidelines, and overarching marketing objectives.
- Project Management:



Manage multiple writing pipelines simultaneously, consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Proven Writing Experience: 1+ years of skilled experience in scriptwriting, copywriting, content marketing, or creative writing (experience writing specifically for social media/Reels/TikTok is a massive plus).
- Flawless Command of English: Exceptional written English skills, with an innate understanding of conversational tone, pacing, and rhythm in video. (Knowledge of Tamil is a strong asset for localizing brand content).
- Master of the Hook: Strong storytelling skills with a deep understanding of visual pacing, structural hooks, and call-to-actions (CTAs).
- Trend Savvy: A strong pulse on current social media trends, viral audio formats, memes, and changing Instagram algorithms.
- Autonomy & Ownership: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple client projects without losing attention to detail.
