About Thrust Systems

Thrust Systems is a leading system integration company specializing in ELV (Extra Low Voltage) solutions, including Data Networking, CCTV Surveillance, Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control Systems, Audio Visual (AV), and other smart building technologies. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead project execution and ensure successful delivery of our ELV projects.

Job Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver ELV projects within timelines and budget.
- Manage end-to-end implementation of:
- Data Networking (LAN/WAN)
- CCTV Surveillance Systems
- Fire Alarm Systems
- Access Control Systems
- Audio Visual (AV) Solutions
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Prepare project schedules, resource planning, and progress reports.
- Conduct site visits and supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Ensure quality standards and safety compliance throughout project execution.
- Manage procurement coordination and material planning.
- Resolve technical and project-related issues efficiently.
- Attend client meetings and provide project updates.
- Maintain project documentation, BOQs, drawings, and change requests.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ELV project management.
- Experience managing commercial, corporate, industrial, or government projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
