Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and skilled System Administrator to manage, maintain, and support our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of servers, networks, and end-user systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and/or Linux servers.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and user accounts.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
- Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Configure and maintain network devices including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Implement security best practices, patches, and antivirus solutions.
- Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and other enterprise applications.
- Maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures.




- Provide technical support to end users and resolve IT-related incidents.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Windows Server Administration.
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, Routing, Switching).
- Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization technologies.
- Familiarity with firewall management (e.g., SonicWall, Fortinet, Palo Alto).
- Understanding of backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration.
- Positive troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified, VMware VCP, CCNA, or equivalent are preferred.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
