Key Responsibilities:

- Procure packing materials such as cartons, corrugated boxes, labels, tapes, pouches, bottles, caps, films, and other packaging components.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders according to company requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance for quality, delivery, and service.
- Coordinate with production, stores, quality, and planning departments to ensure uninterrupted material availability.
- Track deliveries and resolve supply or quality-related issues with vendors.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels and prevent stock shortages or excess inventory.
- Verify invoices and ensure compliance with purchase policies.
- Maintain accurate purchase records, supplier databases,



and documentation.
- Analyze market trends, material costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and applicable regulations.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in packing materials within a manufacturing workplace.
- Knowledge of packaging materials and procurement processes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
