Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and MIS reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and experience in the retail industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily finance and accounting operations
- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements
- Ensure GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Handle bank reconciliations and vendor payments
- Coordinate with auditors
- Monitor budgets and cash flow
- Maintain accurate financial records
Requirements:
- B.Com/M.Com/MBA (Finance) or CA Inter
- 5–8 years of experience in Finance & Accounts
- Retail industry experience preferred
- Valuable knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Tally
