Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor (HVAC)

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for HVAC systems based on drawings, specifications, and design intent
- Conduct rate analysis and cost estimation for HVAC equipment, ducting, piping, insulation, and allied works
- Review and verify contractor/vendor bills and certify running account (RA) bills for HVAC scope
- Carry out measurement and quantity take-offs from approved HVAC drawings and shop drawings
- Prepare and evaluate variations, change orders, and claims related to HVAC works
- Coordinate with project managers, design consultants, and site engineers to monitor work progress against budget
- Conduct cost comparison and benchmarking for HVAC equipment, materials, and labor rates
- Assist in vendor/subcontractor tendering, technical-commercial evaluation, negotiation, and finalization for HVAC packages
- Maintain documentation for cost control, budgeting, reconciliation, and final account closure
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, ASHRAE/ISHRAE standards,



and applicable codes for HVAC works

Required Skills & Qualifications

- BTech Civil/ BE Civil/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying for HVAC systems, preferably in real estate, commercial, or industrial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment (chillers, AHUs, VRF/VRV, ducting, piping), materials, and applicable standards (ASHRAE, ISHRAE, SMACNA)
- Proficiency in BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and billing for HVAC scope
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel; knowledge of QS software (CostX, MS Project, AutoCAD for quantity take-offs) preferred
- Robust analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

- HVAC QS: 6 years (Preferred)
