About the Role
Durall Systems India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and energetic Executive – HR & Admin to manage end-to-end HR operations and administrative activities across our two manufacturing facilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a factory environment, has strong knowledge of labour laws, and can effectively partner with operations to build a productive and compliant workplace.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Manpower Planning
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for factory positions.
- Build talent pipelines through ITIs, engineering colleges, consultants, and local recruitment drives.
- Coordinate manpower planning, shift deployment, overtime, and workforce availability with production teams.
- Ensure timely closure of approved vacancies.
HR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and accurate payroll inputs.
- Support performance management and employee confirmation processes.
- Conduct exit interviews and share actionable insights.
Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, Factory Act, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, notices, and documentation.
- Coordinate internal and external compliance audits.
Administration
- Manage housekeeping, security, transport, canteen, office maintenance, and facility services.
- Coordinate with vendors and monitor service quality.
- Ensure uninterrupted availability of office and factory consumables.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Address employee concerns and grievances professionally.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives,
celebrations, and welfare activities.
- Foster a positive work culture across both manufacturing units.
Training & Development
- Coordinate training programs based on business needs.
- Maintain training records and monitor participation.
- Support skill development initiatives across departments.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Payroll and attendance accuracy above 99%
- Over 95% positions filled within approved timelines
- Zero statutory non-compliance observations
- 100% timely statutory submissions
- Minimum two employee engagement activities every quarter
- Resolution of administration-related issues within 48 hours
- Zero stock-out of office and factory consumables
