About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, curious, and personable Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role supporting our web presence, organic search performance, and paid campaigns — and you'll be working closely with AI tools (especially Claude) as a core part of your day-to-day workflow.

You don't need to be a developer. You do need to be smart, resourceful, and genuinely enjoy figuring things out.

What You'll Do

- Own and execute SEO strategy — on-page, technical, and content-driven

- Manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, etc.) and remarketing initiatives

- Monitor, report on, and optimize campaign performance

- Collaborate with the team on content, site structure, and growth experiments

- Use Claude and other AI tools to move faster and work smarter

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related role





- Solid understanding of PPC and remarketing campaign management

- Strong working knowledge of Claude or similar AI tools — this is non-negotiable

- Analytical mindset with a bias toward action

- Friendly, communicative, and a good team player

- No CMS experience required — we're moving to Astro and will train accordingly

Nice to Have

- Experience with analytics platforms (GA4, Search Console, etc.)

- Familiarity with contemporary web stacks or static site concepts

- A track record of improving search rankings or reducing cost-per-click

What This Role Is Not

This is not a developer role. You won't be writing code. You will be expected to understand how websites work at a conceptual level and communicate effectively with technical teammates.
