About the Role:

Jollies is a premium family entertainment and indoor discovery zone featuring a . soft play arena and state-of-the-art simulator arcade games.

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Store Executives to handle front-desk reception, ticketing, billing, floor supervision, and center hygiene. You will be the face of Jollies, ensuring every child and parent walking into our center enjoys a fun, safe, and impeccably clean experience!

Key Responsibilities:

- Front Desk & Billing: Greet families, explain session rules/combos, issue entry passes/RFID play cards, and process cash/UPI payments smoothly at the POS register.
- Daily Cleaning & Sanitization: Regularly sanitize, wipe down, and deep-clean soft play structures, ball pits, slides, mats, and arcade game consoles/steering wheels to maintain strict hygiene standards for children.Keep the reception counter, waiting lounge, shoe racks, and surrounding play areas clean, dust-free, and well-organized throughout the shift
- Customer Service & Floor Oversight:



Handle parent queries, assist children entering the soft play zone, monitor kids for safety, and guide guests on operating the arcade simulators.
- Inventory & Socks Management: Track sales of mandatory anti-skid socks, wristbands, and retail merchandise; report daily stock levels to the Store Director.
- Opening & Closing Routines: Perform opening hygiene sweeps, closing cash reconciliation, and end-of-day floor cleaning routines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Education: 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in any retail showrooms. Also Freshers with excellent communication skills and high energy are welcome to apply!
- Languages: Good spoken English and Kannada/Hindi
- Basic computer/POS billing skills.
- Polite, patient, and energetic attitude (Great with kids!)
- Strong commitment to cleanliness, hygiene, and floor discipline.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays (Peak business days).
