Senior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the development of impactful visual designs across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics, excellent branding expertise, and the ability to mentor junior designers while delivering high-quality creative solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and execution of branding, marketing, and advertising materials.
- Create high-quality brochures, logos, social media creatives, banners, presentations, and print collateral.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and business teams to create compelling visual campaigns.
- Conceptualize creative ideas and transform them into engaging visual content.
- Review, guide, and mentor junior designers to maintain design quality and consistency.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and production teams when required.




- Ensure all creative assets meet brand standards and project requirements.

Skills Required

- Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Experience in motion graphics, video editing, and digital content creation is an added advantage.
- Excellent creative thinking, problem-solving, and conceptualization skills.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to lead projects independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A strong and diverse design portfolio showcasing branding, digital, print, and creative campaign work is mandatory.

Experience

- 4+ years of skilled experience in Graphic Design or a related creative role.
- Prior experience leading creative projects or mentoring a design team is preferred.
