- Supervise daily civil construction activities, including concreting, masonry, reinforcement, formwork, and finishing works.
- Allocate tasks and monitor the performance of workers and subcontractors.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Surveyors, and Project Managers regarding site activities.
- Monitor material usage and ensure availability of required construction materials.
- Conduct daily site inspections to maintain quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and manpower attendance.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues and report major concerns to management.
- Verify measurements and quantities of completed work.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of construction tools, equipment, and machinery.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
