To support our growing customer base, we are looking for a Reservation Executive who is energetic, organized, and customer-focused.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and bookings for kayaking, boating activities, and resort accommodations.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure availability and smooth scheduling.
- Manage reservations through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online booking platforms.
- Provide accurate information about services, timings, packages, and policies.
- Maintain reservation records and generate daily booking reports.
- Assist in upselling special packages and promotional offers.
- Handle customer complaints or changes to bookings professionally and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in reservations, front office, or hospitality roles is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English (and regional languages if applicable).
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Email, Booking Software).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-first attitude with problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
