Job Description: Field Sales Manager (B2B) – Digital Marketing Services

Location: Chandigarh Tricity and Solan
Salary: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales professional to join our team and drive B2B sales for our Digital Marketing Services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring business clients across different sectors, with a primary focus on the Hotel & Hospitality and Real Estate industries, along with other sectors as required.

Candidates with prior experience in Hotel & Hospitality Sales, Hotel Sales, Corporate Sales, or B2B Sales within the hospitality industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients across Chandigarh Tricity, Solan, and nearby areas.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, referrals, and other lead-generation activities.
- Sell and promote digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Website Development, AI-powered marketing solutions, and other services offered by the company.
- Acquire clients from various sectors, particularly Hotel & Hospitality, Real Estate, E-commerce, Healthcare, and other industries as required.
- Understand client business requirements, challenges, and marketing objectives and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations with prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business owners, hotel owners, general managers, marketing heads, and other key decision-makers.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close deals to achieve revenue targets.




- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups with potential and existing clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive lead generation and client acquisition.
- Coordinate with internal digital marketing and strategy teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and execution.
- Gather market insights, understand industry trends, and conduct competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain regular reports of client meetings, leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales performance.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in Field Sales / B2B Sales is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in the Hotel & Hospitality industry, particularly Hotel Sales, Corporate Sales, or B2B Sales, will be given preference.
- Experience in selling Digital Marketing Services, IT Services, Advertising, SaaS, or other B2B services will be an added advantage.
- Robust communication, presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and explain digital marketing services to potential clients.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel within Chandigarh Tricity, Solan, and nearby areas for client meetings.
- Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
- Good knowledge of the local business market and strong connections with hotel owners, hospitality professionals, or other business decision-makers will be an advantage.

Compensation

Fixed Salary + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
