Job Roles:

- Social Media Intern (Freshers – Training Provided)
- Social Media Executive (0–2 Years Experience)
- Social Media Manager (2+ Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage company social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube)
- Create daily posts, reels, stories, and engaging content
- Develop viral content ideas to increase engagement & followers
- Design creatives using Canva or similar tools
- Schedule posts and maintain content calendar
- Monitor trends and implement trending strategies
- Increase brand awareness and digital presence
- Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns
- Basic knowledge of paid ads (Meta / Google Ads preferred)

Required Skills:

- Strong understanding of Social Media Platforms




- Basic Canva / Graphic Designing skills (preferred)
- Creative thinking & content writing ability
- Positive communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Understanding of Instagram & Facebook algorithms
- Passion for Digital Marketing & Brand Growth

Fresher / Intern Requirements:

- No prior experience required
- Training will be provided by company
- Must be creative and eager to learn
- Interest in Social Media & Digital Marketing required

Experienced Candidates:

- Proven experience in Social Media Management
- Knowledge of brand growth strategies
- Experience in handling campaigns & analytics
- Team handling experience (for Manager role)
- Paid Ads (Meta / Google Ads) knowledge is a plus
- Freelance opportunities available for senior professionals

Salary:

- Intern: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 (Stipend / Performance-Based)
- Fresher: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
- Experienced: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000+ per month (Based on skills & experience)
