Job Summary:

FPL MG is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our car showroom team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for guiding customers through the car buying process, from initial inquiry to final sale, while delivering exceptional service and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in the showroom, understanding their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Present vehicle options, demonstrate features, and arrange test drives.
- Provide detailed information about product specifications, financing options, and warranty terms.
- Build solid relationships with customers and maintain a follow-up process to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, new arrivals, and promotional campaigns.
- Negotiate terms of sale and close deals effectively.




- Coordinate with the finance and insurance (F&I;) department for processing paperwork and loans.
- Ensure vehicles are presented in clean and saleable condition.
- Record customer interactions and sales activity using CRM systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ offerings.

Qualification/Requirements:

- Any degree
- 1 to 7 years of sales experience in automobile industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- "Valid 4-wheeler driving license is mandatory"
