About the Role
We're looking for a confident and energetic Sales & Customer Calling Executive to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be handling customer calls, confirming D2C orders, generating sales through calls, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Call customers to confirm online orders (COD & Prepaid)
- Upsell and cross-sell products during order confirmation calls
- Handle customer inquiries regarding products, orders, and deliveries
- Coordinate with the operations team for order processing
- Maintain daily call reports and CRM updates
- Build strong customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through calling
Requirements
- Excellent Hindi communication skills (English is a plus)
- Positive convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
- Positive attitude and customer-first approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support,
or D2C brands is preferred
Preferred Experience
- D2C/E-commerce brand experience
- Telecalling or sales calling background
- Customer support or order confirmation experience
