Position: Sales Manager
Location: Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh
Territory: Entire Chhattisgarh
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager / National Sales Manager
Salary: Up to ₹30,000/- per month + TA/DA + Incentives (As per Company Policy)

About the Company

Samson Scientifics & Surgical Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality surgical and medical products across India. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to expand our business network and strengthen our presence throughout Chhattisgarh.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage and expand the distributor and dealer network across Chhattisgarh.
- Appoint new distributors, dealers, and institutional customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, medical colleges, pharmacies, and distributors.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of Medical Sales Representatives (MSRs).
- Conduct regular field visits with the sales team to support business development.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely order collection, payment follow-up, and outstanding recovery.
- Coordinate with the Accounts, Dispatch,



and Production teams for smooth order execution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and forecasts.
- Ensure achievement of territory-wise sales objectives and business growth.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).
- 3–7 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Surgical, or Medical Device Sales.
- Proven experience in distributor management and institutional sales.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Chhattisgarh.

Preferred Candidate

- Existing network with distributors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals in Chhattisgarh.
- Strong team management and business development skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
