We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Software Project Lead/Manager. The responsibilities of the software Project Lead /Manager include overseeing software projects from start to finish, managing and motivating software developers and other team members, giving customer presentations, and writing project proposals.
To be successful as a software Project Lead/Manager, should have a good working knowledge of project estimation techniques and the ability to motivate team members. Ultimately, should have good communication and decision-making skills.
- Exploring the areas for improvement and constantly developing the user experience by adding new features.
- Manage team and provide a roadmap for the development of White Level Software application for Electric vehicle charging machine Automations. Different Apps developments and software development.
KEYSKILLS:
Have comprehensive understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and best practices for building software.
Hands-on experience in AWS, Full Stack Development, Python, Annular, Java, Backend application using node, MongoDB and knowledge of testing.
Front end application using Worked with React.js to build the whole User Interface. Used Tailwind CSS to make the website attractive in an effective & fastest way. Managed API integration. With Backend software development experience.
Implementation Agile project management methodology involving a small team led by a Scrum master, main target is to remove all obstacles to getting work done precisely and with stipulated timeframe.
