Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and imaginative designer with a strong passion for creative visualization

and design execution across both print and digital platforms. In this role, y

ou will be instrumental in maintaining brand consistency and delivering high-quality marketing and

branding materials. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will bring cutting-edge ideas to

life, ensuring visually compelling designs that enhance our brand presence.

Responsibilities

A thorough knowledge of the following is mandatory for the person.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

● Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for both print and digital platforms,

including advertisements, brochures, flyers, magazines, Print Collaterals.

● Develop original design ideas and layouts from creative briefings.

● Work closely with the Brand Guardian/Art Director to enhance conceptual design ideas and

execute engaging, user-friendly visuals.

● Strong pre-press knowledge





● Maintain a consistent brand image through creative conceptualization, design, layout, and

illustration.

● Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform design decisions and optimize user

engagement.

● Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining

high-quality standards.

● Keep up-to-date with emerging design technologies and trends, particularly in digital and

print media.

● Knowledge of Pharma collaterals

Role Requirements

● Strong understanding of branding and marketing communication across print and digital

media.

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.

● Strong typography skills, particularly in title creation and rendering for packaging, branding,

or promotional materials.

● Excellent English comprehension and writing skills to independently assess briefs, research

strategies, and develop creative concepts.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
