Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their jewellery preferences, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a memorable in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide a warm, personalized shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable diamond jewellery.
- Demonstrate product features, designs, and benefits with confidence.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processes accurately.
- Maintain the visual appearance and cleanliness of the showroom.
- Assist in inventory management, stock verification, and merchandising.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and after-sales service requirements professionally.
- Stay updated on product collections, pricing, promotions, and industry trends.




- Follow company policies and maintain high standards of professionalism.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to achieve sales targets in a rapid-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer and billing software knowledge.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts.
