Job description

· Take sketches and initial architectural designs created by the Principal, Project Manager, or Supervisor and create hard-liner drawings from them in Revit and AutoCAD.

· Should have knowledge of Google sketch up, 3Ds Max, & Lumion, 3D Walkthrough will be an added advantage.

· Create photorealistic renderings in Revit to express design ideas to project stakeholders.

· Accurately measure and then draw existing field conditions in Revit and AutoCAD.

· Assist in the creation of various materials for client presentations.

· Assist in the completion of document packages as part of project milestone submissions.

· Qualifications for this position include:

· Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Architecture/Interior Design with 2-3 years' experience working in an Architectural office or related field.

· Solid proficiency in Revit is a necessity, including the use of all 3D modelling tools and 2D annotation tools.

· Applicants must be comfortable using Word and Excel.
