- Product Development & Sampling: Track order sheets, oversee sample approvals (fit, fabric, and trim), and ensure garments are produced to buyer specifications.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels, assist in preparing sales forecasts, and manage the replenishment of fast-moving items.
- Data Analysis: Compile reports on best/worst sellers, analyze competitor pricing, and help draft seasonal trend forecasts.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Liaise between manufacturers, designers, and buyers to ensure production schedules and delivery deadlines are strictly met.
- Costing & Negotiation: Assist in calculating material consumption, estimating costs, and negotiating prices with vendors.
- Coordinate with designers and vendor partners to manage purchase orders, production schedules, and deliveries.
- Track inventory, monitor stock movement, and ensure timely replenishment.
- Analyse sales performance and provide recommendations for assortment planning and stock optimisation.
- Maintain product masters, pricing, inventory records, and merchandising reports.




- Ensure timely inwarding, quality checks, tagging, and product availability across the store.
- Collaborate with the buying, retail, and marketing teams for collection launches and seasonal planning.
- Build robust working relationships with designers while ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
- Support the merchandising team in achieving business and sales objectives.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Technology, or Business.
- Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, proficiency in inventory management software and Excel, and high attention to detail.
- Industry Knowledge: Excellent understanding of current fashion trends, textiles, and the retail production cycle.
