Key Responsibilities

- Account Management & Service: Maintain, support, and optimize existing client accounts. Conduct regular site visits to ensure proper product application and performance of MacDermid, Nalco, and Ecolab chemical solutions.
- Business Development: Actively prospect, generate leads, and acquire new B2B accounts across target industries to expand market share.
- Technical Consultation: Understand client processes to recommend the right chemical treatments, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide value-added solutions.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact and product demonstrations to price negotiation and closing deals.
- Reporting & Strategy: Track sales metrics, maintain CRM data, and provide regular market feedback, competitor analysis, and sales forecasts to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education:



Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field (or equivalent commercial experience).
- Skills:
- Robust relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Excellent technical troubleshooting capabilities for chemical applications.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Travel: Willingness to travel frequently to client sites for service and sales presentations.
- License: A valid driver’s license is required.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
