We are seeking a results-driven Sourcing Manager with proven experience in sourcing beauty and personal care products from OEM/ODM manufacturers and trusted suppliers. The ideal candidate should have expertise in identifying quality manufacturers, negotiating commercial terms, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing end-to-end sourcing for a wide range of beauty products.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and develop reliable OEM/ODM manufacturers and suppliers for beauty and personal care products.
- Identify new suppliers across India and international markets.
- Negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms, lead times, and commercial agreements.
- Develop private label and white-label beauty products under the company's brand.
- Coordinate product development, packaging, labeling, and sampling.
- Evaluate supplier capabilities, certifications, manufacturing standards, and quality systems.
- Ensure products comply with Indian regulations and applicable cosmetic standards.
- Work closely with product development, quality assurance, branding, and operations teams.
- Monitor supplier performance, production schedules,



and delivery timelines.
- Research market trends and recommend cutting-edge products and ingredients.
- Optimize sourcing costs while maintaining premium product quality.
- Maintain vendor database, quotations, costing sheets, and sourcing documentation.
