Finance Executive (Advance Excel)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive with strong Advanced Excel skills and experience in handling finance operations for commercial interior fit-out projects. The candidate should be comfortable working with large data, MIS reports, vendor payments, project billing, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial trackers.
- Handle vendor invoices, payment processing, and reconciliation.
- Monitor project-wise budgets, expenses, and billing.
- Assist in monthly closing, GST data preparation, and audit documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of PO, WO, invoices, and payment schedules.
- Coordinate with procurement, projects, and accounts teams for financial updates.
- Generate analytical reports using Advanced Excel functions and formulas.
- Track receivables and follow up on outstanding payments.




- Support management with financial data and reporting.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, XLOOKUP, IF formulas, dashboards, MIS reporting, data analysis).
- Valuable understanding of accounts and finance processes.
- Experience in commercial interior fit-out or construction industry preferred.
- Knowledge of GST, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounts, or Commerce.
- Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/accounting software.
- Detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy.
- Able to work in a fast-paced project environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
