About Rosetum

Rosetum Group of Hotels is a fast-growing luxury hospitality brand with premium properties in Goa and Himachal Pradesh. We are looking for a dynamic Revenue Manager who can maximize hotel revenue through strategic pricing, demand forecasting, inventory management, and distribution optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement revenue management strategies across hotel properties.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns.
- Optimize room rates, inventory allocation, and distribution channels.
- Manage OTAs, brand website, and channel performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports.
- Forecast occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall revenue performance.
- Work closely with Sales, Reservations, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Ensure rate parity and inventory accuracy across all channels.




- Analyse booking pace and recommend pricing strategies.
- Maximize profitability while maintaining market competitiveness.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of Revenue Management experience in the hotel industry.
- Strong knowledge of PMS, RMS, Channel Manager, and OTA extranets.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Strong analytical and communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.

Salary

Competitive salary based on experience and as per Company Norms

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
