Job Description for JAVA Developer

Designation: Software Engineer

Experience Level: 4-7 years

Term: Full Time, Permanent

Location : Bangalore ( Work from Office)

Skills Required:

- Robust proficiency in Java (8+) and Spring Boot framework.
- Experience with Kafka for distributed messaging and streaming.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
- Solid understanding of Microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Familiarity with security best practices and performance tuning.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop, test, and deploy backend components and microservices using Java (Spring Boot).
- Design scalable systems leveraging Apache Kafka for event-driven architecture.
- Work with PostgreSQL for efficient and secure data storage and retrieval.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects,



and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure code quality, security, and performance through code reviews, unit testing, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, staging, and production environments.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of system design, development processes, and team collaboration

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of relevant backend development experience.
- Experience working in the banking or FinTech domain is highly desirable
