Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, vision-driven Head of Academics / Senior Academics to lead, oversee, and elevate the academic standards across all sections and subjects for the 2026–27 academic year.

The primary mandate of this role is to drive measurable student academic growth, enhance classroom learning outcomes, mentor teaching staff, and ensure a robust, dynamic curriculum execution across all grades.

Key Responsibilities & Academic Growth Focus

- Student Academic Excellence & Achievement
- Lead strategic academic planning to continuously improve student learning outcomes, subject mastery, and overall school performance.
- Establish learning assessment frameworks to track individual student progress, identify learning gaps, and implement targeted academic support or remedial plans.
- Foster a culture of academic ambition, critical thinking, and holistic development among students.
- Curriculum Leadership & Instruction Quality
- Oversee curriculum planning, syllabus alignment, and lesson execution across all sections and subjects.
- Ensure modern, interactive, and outcome-based teaching methods are integrated into everyday classroom instruction.
- Periodically evaluate classroom sessions and provide actionable feedback to teachers to elevate the standard of teaching.




- Faculty Leadership & Professional Development
- Mentor, guide, and support teachers across all departments to uphold high standards of instruction and student engagement.
- Conduct regular teacher training, workshops, and peer observation programs focused on pedagogical innovation and student-centric teaching.
- Set academic benchmarks and performance goals for teaching staff to maintain instructional consistency.
- Academic Operations & Parent Communication
- Coordinate academic timetables, exam schedules, assessment rubrics, and report cards efficiently.
- Organize academic workshops, exhibitions, and competitions that stimulate intellectual curiosity.
- Partner with parents through structured academic updates and progress reviews to support student development at home and school.

Candidate Requirements

- Education & Experience: Proven experience as a Head of Academics, Academic Coordinator, Senior Educator, or similar leadership role managing multi-subject/multi-section academics.
- Location: Only candidates currently residing in or based in Nashik are invited to apply.
- Skills: Strong pedagogical expertise, team leadership, strategic curriculum planning, data-driven student performance tracking, and excellent communication skills.
