We are looking for an HR Recruitment Counselor to bridge the gap between prospective candidates/job seekers and company requirements. You will handle candidate outreach, initial screening, career counseling, and recruitment coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals; screen profiles against open positions or training programs.
- Counseling & Guidance: Conduct phone or in-person counseling sessions to guide candidates on career opportunities, job openings, and skill requirements.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, manage follow-ups, and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring pipeline.
- Database Management:



Keep accurate records of applicant interactions, interview statuses, and lead databases using MS Office or CRM/ATS tools.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate smoothly with internal teams, trainers, or hiring managers to expedite onboarding and placements.

Requirements & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
