Technocruitx is a fast-growing recruitment and staffing company dedicated to connecting businesses with top talent. We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive who can generate new clients and expand our business network.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, networking, and client meetings.
- Identify potential clients who require recruitment and staffing services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with current and existing clients.
- Understand clients' hiring requirements and offer customized recruitment solutions.
- Schedule meetings, present company services, and close business deals.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure successful delivery of hiring requirements.
- Achieve monthly client acquisition and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and business activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Recruitment, Staffing, or HR Consulting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and client relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in client interactions.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM tools is an added advantage.
