We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales & Field Executives (Freshers & Experienced candidates) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

Generate current business leads and acquire customers.

Meet clients and explain the company's financial products and services.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Coordinate with the operations team for smooth loan processing.

Submit daily activity and sales reports.

Requirements

Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Experience in Sales, Banking, Finance, Insurance, or Marketing is an advantage.

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.





Basic knowledge of smartphones and MS Office.

Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
