Line Supervisor (Filling + Assembly + Primary Packing)

Department: Production

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc
Experience: 4–6 years

Role Overview:

Responsible for supervising production lines in a medical device manufacturing environment, ensuring smooth machine operations, achievement of targets, and compliance with GMP and ISO 13485.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise production line and ensure output targets
- Manage operators and allocate responsibilities
- Ensure smooth and continuous running of automated machines
- Troubleshoot German automation machines and define corrective actions
- Identify root causes and ensure long-term solutions (way forward)
- Coordinate with QA/QC for quality checks




- Handle deviations and maintain documentation
- Ensure GMP and cleanroom compliance

Key Skills:

- Experience in production supervision (pharma/medical devices)
- Strong troubleshooting skills in automated machinery
- Knowledge of GMP, ISO 13485, and cleanroom operations
- Leadership and problem-solving ability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
